Policies
Cancelations/Rescheduling/No Shows - Please do so 48 business hours in advance.
Pickup - Pickup is within 1 hour of call/text notification. Late pick up charge is $20/hr.
Rewash - Please make sure your pet relieves himself before his appointment. $15 - $25 for rewash

Price does NOT include DE-MATTING and is based on STANDARD GROOMING for pets that are groomed on a regular schedule. It varies depending on TEMPERAMENT, COAT TYPE & CONDITION, DIFFICULTY OF THE HAIRCUT, SIZE, TIME SPENT on pet, and if SPECIAL HANDLING is required. Discounts for repeated bookings: 15% off for weekly bookings, and 10% off for bi-weekly bookings. Valid RABIES record will be required to book an aappointment
